1. Event Participation
By registering for or attending the Riyadh Cake Picnic, participants agree to follow all event rules and guidelines as communicated on the website or during the event. Tickets are non-refundable except in cases of official event cancellation. Attendees are responsible for their own health and safety, and participation is at their own risk.
2. Food & Liability
Cakes and other food items may be provided by independent bakers and vendors. The Riyadh Cake Picnic brand does not guarantee allergen-free products and is not liable for any health issues, reactions, or damages arising from the consumption of food at the event. Participants are encouraged to check ingredients directly with vendors.
3. Content & Media
By entering the event, attendees grant the Riyadh Cake Picnic organizers permission to use photos, videos, or recordings that may include their likeness for promotional and marketing purposes, without further consent or compensation. All website content, branding, and media remain the property of Riyadh Cake Picnic and may not be used without written approval.
